It may be a problem with the images not loading all the way. When I was making a website, I had that problem because there are certain files called Cascading Style Sheets (.css files) which usually load almost instantly when you open a page. At times, depending on your connection or just the page itself, the file(s) may not load all the way and it looks like everything's 10 times bigger, but it shouldn't be a permanent problem. Try refreshing the page and see if the problem continues.
