It certainly sucks to find out that the item you've purchased is a bootleg, I hope you didn't have to pay too much for shipping or anything.

But the thing is, I don't think you can report the seller to eBay. And if you do, there's not much that they can do about it. I was looking through that seller's feedback and item descriptions (some were Ayu DVDs) and he never stated that the item was an official Avex Trax release. If he did and you received a bootleg, then you would probably be able to take it up with eBay and get your money back. But since he didn't specify, it's assumed that it's the bidder's responsibility to know what they're bidding on.

It's really sad that some people will try to sell bootlegged merchandise on eBay, but hopefully that won't deter you in the future. Like some people said, some things to look out for are very low prices for brand new and sealed items, as well as All-Region DVDs (all Ayu DVDs are Region 2 for Japan versions, or Region 3 for Overseas).
