Well, the first two lines of that are:

When you click here,
The e-mail software starts.

But the last line is puzzling...something like, write what you want to say and send it, but I can't figure out how the MC fits in there. >.<

EDIT: I just had a thought, if perhaps "MC" could stand for "mail client", or something of the sort, it would make sense: "by means of the mail client, write what you want to say and send it!"

EDIT #2: Also, I just noticed her other two entries also had e-mail links. The second one has the same two first lines as one line, and the second line asks that you say your opinion of the blog, or something long those lines...so it seems like it's just a "hey, click here and talk to Ayu!" kind of thing. O.o
