Ayumi has done charity work in the past. The 2 main things that come to mind is "A Song is Born", the proceeds went to some kind of charity I believe. And she performed at a Tsunami Relief concert in 2000 - she performed Love~Destiny~.

I'm sure that she probabally has donated in some way to the current disaster, it doesn't mean that she would be publicizing it everywhere though.
