Poor, poor baby. He/she will be raised by nannies of course and have much more material comfort than most of us, but won't be able to expect much from the parents. Britney's interviews have made it clear how immature she is, viewing motherhood as some sort of InstaCure that'll fix her life without her actually having to do any work, and she's blind to the huge responsiblity it'll be to take care of new life (see how she's treated that dog of hers). Kevin... well, what can you expect from a guy who left his young daughter and pregnant girlfriend for a wealthy star.
A recent set of paparazzi pics showed Britney carrying Kevin's chair to the balcony and sitting at his feet while he smoked. He couldn't be bothered to help his pregnant wife and she didn't know well enough to stay away from the smoke?
The baby's name will be some variation of grandma Lynne.
