Also, in many of the songs the music was so poorly composed it almost completely drowned Hikki singing and you had to strain to hear any of the lyrics which made the songs very annoying to listen to.
By the way, all of this is just my opinion and none of this is meant to offend people who did like that album.

Well we have to give her a discount because she isn't particularly 100% fluent at speaking english (she still seems to have a hard time pronunciating certain words, plus by her interviews on radio you can tell she's actually very insecure when speaking english, her voice shakes and she sounds nervous). Okay that EXODUS wasn't actually her first english album (she already had CUBIC U) but well, she is improving I guess. Some of the songs have rather rich melodies like Hotel Lobby, I think that song was really well elaborated, gets a little spoiled by the weird vocals but the overall composition/arrangements and how the song turned out to be were actually pretty good. Other songs seem to have repeated or simple melodies, but they're actually what overall the songs needed in my opinion, like the march-like style of Animato, I think it went perfect with the song overall. The album actually continues the mysterious part that most of the Depp River songs had. I dunno, I like albums that makes images flash into my head, and a lot of songs in EXODUS do it.

I really find it sad that the album is not sold in local stores where I live because I would definitely buy it.
