I think part of it is about, people can be lured so easily by thinking they've won something big in their life, and the media can be quite misleading (?). You can be a "singing machine" metaphorically speaking, but here they translated it literally. Since she was "so good" at singing, and that was all she was good for anyway they made her into a machine that does nothing but singing (based on the concept of trap and deception, and I think the eye in the mouth also has something to do with this), and be exposed (chest being open (?)) to the media. Eventually others try to copy her, and when there's already bootlegs of her that can do exactly the same thing, the original isn't needed anymore. I don't understand the fan in the beginning, the tamborine, and the horny boy peeking under the girl at the end. Just some initial impressions

that's what I posted in the Alterna PV download thread. Actually I think the tamborine is a symbol of her fighting back despite all the negative stuff that's revolving around her nowadays. White often represents purity, so perhaps the white ayu is her true self?
