Plus, I guess the final scene which shows a boy and a girl is about the intrusion of privacy into ayu's life by the media
While the eyeball in ayu's mouth symbolizes people nowadays don't use their eyes to see, but just replace their eyes with their mouths, gossiping without concrete evidence!! Am I right?
