her voice!that's it.I was at first so surprised that she was so agonised when she sang those high notes, but when I saw more and more lives and concerts I found that she could do that a little easier than I thought...that's one thing...
another one is her history...when I know how she got through those years when she was not famous I get so moved also surprised...
