Everyone's explaining Alterna on their own way, most videos may have an explanation but also everyone gets a different meaning about it.
What I can say about Is This Love is that love, being such a feeling, invisible thing, apparently harmless, can also be destructive. In this case, the house represents the inner Ayu, as she is deeply in love but not being loved in return, she tends to selfdestruct, as things go boom (he he he), she realizes that love is hurting her, that's why she sings... Is This Feeling Known As Love?
If it's something human, how come can it be so painful, is it something the people like? To suffer? It is as if Ayu is asking herself if love is what she thought it would be. In the end, the kid doesn't get "creamed" because of... (here goes this corny sentence) THE POWER OF LOVE which in the end she realizes that it cannot only hurt and destroy but it can only heal and save and create and so many things.
So that's why the house goes back to normal, because even if you have been brokenhearted you can always rise upon everything and be stronger.
Well, it's only an opinion.
I hope you liked it.
