lol, it's a new pv for her japanese single right? or maybe it's a new english release? I haven't been watching Utada lately so any explanations are greately appreciated...

btw, I don't thing filming a car accident is a big harm for anyone exept the poor car:> they usually do it in a slow motion, so that later they just play it 2, 3 times faster, and voila! 1 car accident please...
