i didn't have TO BE and too late single mp3s... so I can't compare... but I guess TO BE single's music should be as same as the pv one rite? Then I can see the difference.
talking about monochrome, I was so sad that it wasn't on A BEST when the tracklist had been out....
It's like a big mistake not putting this excellent song into the BEST album.
