I agree, this does sound the most plausible of the rumors so far. The 12/27 could mean it is released the week of the 27th, but the actual day it is released is the 1st.
I actually like the title Carnival, it presents a lot of opportunity to do some really thematic things. As for the 3 song titles, I don't love them, but I don't think they are bad either - she has certainly had worse. Also, I would say that it is not certain if Pride will be on the album yet either, along with Will.
