You're sure of that? I don't think and don't wish it'd happen. Like for Advent Children, I mean omg someone going to sing the theme song Calling in english for US/EU version? :/ I am afraid some Japanese songs just cannot be portrayed into english lyrics that easily.
By the way according to this
site, Gackt will appear in the game as a character not through motion capture, but using a new CG technique instead (which i wonder how it would be like?).
I am not too sure abt this but I see a real gackt in the screen that seems to be part of the setting in the game
Is this a new CG technology of putting real gackt into the game?
