She did write the lyrics, what they meant by writing the songs is that GEO of Sweetbox wrote the compositions.
I'm guessing that all the lyrics were original besides the term "Bold & Delicious". I really did enjoy this article, it gives a lot of insight into Ayu like how she is wanting to try new styles and whatnot, and how she wants to jump into different things such as Opera. I hope she does more photoshoots from various parts of the world... but hopefully not more in the US... cause those have gotten old fast.
