I think so too cuz that doesn't sound right to me either Fixing now

And i think she's saying "you know what a beautiful day is" in engrish there actually, so "you know what's a beautiful day" as well as the question "what's a beautiful day?" make sense, especially after what she said in the self-liner notes in CD Data.
