Yeah same thing happened to me. I had to send a million e-mail before they eventually shipped my items and half of them were out of stock by then.. so yeah I'm not a huge fan of them. I admit their free shipping and OS offers are attractive but I was impatient to get miss understood so I didn't care if I paid more.
