These are the chinese translations I got with my copy. So far I've only translated the small 1st panel portion of the inside scan. I've put stuff I'm not sure of in italics.

This was how she spoke to the agent.
"If there's anything you don't have enough of, or require don't hesitate to say so."
AYU's voice could be heard from Photographer ND's room.
Even though it is work, contract workers are still considered guests. It's unsure if it's for this reason of not leaving the other with extra worries, that work is put into motion in a friendly manner.
There's a sudden cool refreshing breeze from the sea, moving the window curtains.

"Could everyone get ready to start work please"
And then, she opens a LV diary filled with written lyrics.
Reading continuously. Using the diary to cover her face. And then starts to write lyrics.
Workers around her each doing their own task silently.

swaying while still looking at the diary

Will not say "Get in the car", instead asks "Will you get in the car?"
Off topic a bit, when the car stops suddenly, she will say "I'm so sorry"
And then she'll extend her right hand to make sure the other person doesn't receive injuries,
if she was a boy, her impression on others would have been raised (laugh)
