Guys japanese TV is pretty strict when it comes to showing things that might represent male sexuality. Anything that is supposed to represent it pretty much gets censored, specially male genitals and semen. I don't think a video such as Because of you would have been aired in MTV japan like that if that white thing represented or was supposed to be semen. Also why in the hell would semen drip from the pipes? It isn't really any more logical to think that's semen over anything else just because the video has prostitutes (prostitutes drink milk too, they can use glues, and they can paint their houses white
