Oh well after doing some research in my own mind I just reminded which substance looked exactly like that one from the PV: Propofol!!!!
Yeah the *****s in the PV are drug addicts and they somehow ended up discovering about this sleep inducing sedative anaesthesic and have become addicts to it in order to drown all of their bitterness and degrading life away, in a wrong way obviously. Somehow the "nice guys" discovered that these ladies were addict drug abbusers and put them into a locked mental hospital room to trereat ther dependency and/or rejected their pathetic love and threw the remaining stock of propofol they had down the drain, so part of it fell through the pipes, so much propofol did the prostitutes carry with themselves LOL
However they are so dependent that in the end they hallucinate a wave of propofol flushing all over their bodies, poor souls they are, suffering an abstinence syndrome (yay for alternate interpretations!!
)
