How about a lyrics-writing contest? I know people around here are writing SEL anyway so it could be fun.
A Java programming contest...I so totally would go for that
But looks like not many people voted for that.
Arts and singing contests are always fun because there are just so many contestants. It's always interesting to see all the different entries!
