It looks like the person is stoned or dumb, so why can't you assume something rather obvious like that happened when they took the picture? it's not like the kid is facing the camera directly and making a pose to appear in the photo.

Sorry guys but you are trying way too hard to prove that Britney is a bad mother. Take the judgement to yourselves when you raise your own children. The way she takes care of her children is none of our business, honestly.
