I dont really think that specific sequence of notes is enough reason to say that the two songs are similar, only because, i dont think that Ayu's music is all "black and white" you really have to look deep sometimes, and they are two just very different songs. I think that its possible that the fact that the notes are the same could have to do with the specific key the song is in and the chord at that particular time...

and lets face it...Ayu (let alone the composer/arranger) probably doesnt even remember Angel's Song, or any of those other songs unless it was something like Boys and Girls.
