You want an avatar right? Go to the "user cp" option at the top of the screen, click at "edit options", then go to "change avatar", and you can choose one of the pics there or if you want a pic that you have in your computer go to: " You can upload an avatar from your computer" and click at search, so you go and search for the pic on your computer, confirm it and then press at "submit modifications". There you go.
