I'm sure some 'true' music enthuasiast would just cringe reading this , but I think vocalists and the composer/producer are all that matter in a band & in the artists music & etc.
I know this isn't a 'band' but I'll reply anyways : I'd like to see Terry Lewis & Jimmy Jam producing for any of my favorite artist in western/asian music . the gerne would be simply cheesy pop or RnB-pop
