Koda Kumi is starting to use english titled loves too... all of her 12 singles were english except for ima sugu hoshii (a cover). KAMEN much follows HANABI... coincidence?
Anywho, Ayu has original japanese titles which she translates into english, but sometimes the translation steers away from the original. I.e. evolution should be era, but evolution sounds cooler and still works... it's probably because Ayu's a very fashionable person and english is very "in" for pop music
