It's funny how you say that she's "overly sexual". To me, she's less sexy than she used to. And she's becoming more and more popular now. You should watch "Birthday Eve", "WIND" and "Koi no Tsubomi" PVs.

Ayu's debut album came out at no.1 and sold one million+. It's that Koda didn't have anything near that until these BESTs. She started out small for the first few singles, but then by the 5th or so.. yeah :3 She was rockin'. xD
Anyways, it looks like she might be the 'ORANGE RANGE' of 05-06. They were extremely huge in '04.. and now they're.. limpy. xD KAT-TUN took over and Koda has also 'taken over.' Although her popularity has indeed risen [YUCK.], I believe that her sales won't be as good as many expect them to be. After all, the BESTs were super-value. 2CD+DVD for the first one.. and CD+DVD+DVD for the 2nd.
We'll see when she does her original albums and singles. :/
