Well, to answer your questions, it isn't her first Best album. Her first one was titled "Bonnie's Kitchen" and was released on Dec. 17, 1999.
I would call "Every Single Day" a single collection instead of a Best collection. It contains all her singles she's released, plus a few songs that haven't been on singles, I believe. Like ~K+ said, its a double edged sword. Most of her singles are really great, but then she has tons of spectacular album tracks as well. Nevertheless, I'm still picking this one up
