i dont get it either...god...i live in america and never watched any of those...

well i looked up the beyonce PV, and I think I get what you're saying.

You mean the bars at the top and bottom right that they put in when you watch widscreen vids on Standard screens? that are usually black, but they put in like somekind of pink, red, purple, etc swirly crap?
