As for the remixes, isn't it usually someone different who remixes the song? And if so, why aren't they credited as "remixed by: blah blah blah"

It did. I think in the jbook one it said 'Remix: NISH' cause that was the person who did Harderground.
And for Ladies Night ~another night~ they switched the arrangement from whoever it was before to tasuku since basically that song was just rearranged with no 'extra beats' and some things cut out of it.
1-1 BLUE BIRD “Original mix”
作詞:ayumi hamasaki/作曲:D・A・I/編曲:H∧L
1-2 Beautiful Fighters “Original mix”
作詞:ayumi hamasaki/作曲:Kazuhito Kikuchi/編曲:CMJ K
1-3 Ladies Night ~another night~
作詞:ayumi hamasaki/作曲:GEO of SWEETBOX/編曲:tasu ku
1-4 BLUE BIRD “Harderground remix”
作詞:ayumi hamasaki/作曲:D・A・I/編曲:H∧L/リミキサー:NISH
[And sometimes it's not even the composer's fault for the music. The arranger should be the one to make it sound different and all that. Since they determine the 'sounds'.. so go blame H/\L or CMJK xD]
I'm glad DAI returned. No wonder I like the song so much. [lol if BLUE BIRD came out like years ago, we'd probably have loved it xD]
