She put two unconnected phrases together in English and Japanese, but if you translate the Japanese line faithfully the english line following it DOES make sense - just not in an obvious way.
As I said, per chance is just a fancy way of saying if. So of the dictionary definitions you gave, "perhaps" is the closest one.
"If per chance they fit just right - never stop my dancing."
I think what Ayu meant to say was, "If per chance they fit just right - I'LL never stop my dancing."
It's not the shoes that are keeping her from dancing.
