That's true. Maybe Hirai Ken, Ayu and Mr. Children were
nominated for the award, but the both Ken and Ayu rejected the nomination and Mr. Children won by default. (Although I think 'Sign' was better than both 'Moments' and 'Hitomi wo Tojite')
