Ayupans & posters can be found at eBay, regularly. Ayupans range from between 5-25$, posters are usually around 10-20$ if they are official, 6-10$ if they're from those HK poster makers that's quite common, not the highest qual though.
(miss)understood CD+DVD is a great choice, but if you don't have Memorial address CD+DVD I think you should go for it instead
