Oh hell no she's not mediocre
. Having proven herself and continuing to prove herself, she gets plenty of chances to perform, doesn't she? I was wondering whether there's a significant number of people who see it as mediocre. When considering just the Japanese audience, I think it is especially important because it is her main audience. You think all the Ayu critics call her out for forgetting lyrics now and then? I'm not suggesting that it might be a good idea if she tried to be a perfectionist with respect to performance. She already seems to be a perfectionist regarding controlling her image (looking at her pics/PVs overall, I think that's a plus). I'm all for her having a darn good time on stage with the audience. It's part of her magic
