Yes, I live in Sweden, and no, ticket resellers probably do not ship outside Japan. To know if they do I would have to be able to speak Japanese in order to call them and ask, which I do not. Yahoo auctions also never ship outside Japan, for some obscure reason... it's probably that barely anyone who sell there speak decent english
