Yeah it's been known for quite a while that ULTRA BLUE and Utada Hikaru Single Collection Vol.1 was released in Canada only.
I think it's already a month since it's been released.
The packaging definitely isn't as good as the normal Overseas version, or the Japan Version.
But it's better than nothing XD
