Funny, cause in Norway, it's a great achievement when artists sell like 20.000 copies of their single.... Says alot about the population number in Japan though

One million = two million yes, but that is in money/dollars, not in cd sales, cause you can't really put cd sales under the stock market. Money value rises, so if she sold i.e 150 copies today, then that would still equal to selling 150 copies in 1997
