I watched All Eyes on Beyonce on MTV (a little bit atleast) and I understand it the song a bit more. She said this album is like all the emotions bottled up from playing that part on Dreamin' Girls(?) and that was why it took only 2 weeks to record it.
she also commented that she was screamin' through out most of the song of Ring the Alarm for that reason. She said it was like in a relationship the girl cleans up the guy and makes him dress better and act like a real man and she was angry because someone else comes along and takes all that the other woman worked hard in making the man out to be.
she explained it all in the interview, but they aren't showing it on MTV overdrive for some reason...
