Uh no.. thats from her performance of "Who..." in Dome Tour 2001... She always cries at the end of the concert..

The only time I ever remember her saying sorry were:
1) She forgot the words to Voyage and said "SORRY!" before the chorus, and the crowd was happy...
2) She choked and coughed during a performance of appears and said Sorry!

...

Edit: oh yeah, and there's no such thing as the "RAINBOW" tour...
