It depends... there are 2 ways to do that:
1. Make your own, a long and, at times, hard process, depending on how "professional" you want it to look (i.e. adding fancy graphics, features, etc.) But some of the old styles here aren't too hard to make.
2. Use a pre-made style, like the ekko or orbitz styles recently added. After uploading the images needed and the vbulletin.style file, that's all you need
