Well the avex doens't put her in direct competition with another artist is because she has a record/streak to protect.
And remember then 700k in downloads is
only ringtones. The number for full song downloads hasn't been released by avex yet. (Most downloads on Chaku-Uta are ringtone downloads anyway)

I think NW and (m)u will be close. NW has been averaging like 2k each week. Kobukuro is going get lots of promotion in the coming weeks with their release of their best album in late September and a tour as well, so their weekly sales might spike up.
