^because of the taiwan dramas. but i dissgree that f4 songs are better then 183. both groups songs are so-so. while, F4(except Vanesse)will sing VERY out of tune live, while 183 is better in live.
and a additional reason why 183 was popular the moment they started out, there is a member Sam who is in another very popular group,5566. sam is currenly still in both groups. while another member, Johnny Yan had been starring in 2 VERY popular dramas, My MVP Valentine(with 5566, this is THE drama that got 5566 into attention) and Snow Angel(with Toro, ex-member of Energy).
why i am so familar? coz i like 5566! ha, i like how they work as a team, and how they don't care about their image. they can be very crazy during their shows. but i'm not that much of a fan...
while my sister is a die-hard Energy fan....
