Ok, my little theory is this: If the song Memorial Address is about finding out her father died, then 0630 could refer to the date that she found out. Then the next date is July 1st. Here are some lyrics from the song July 1st:

If it's clear tomorrow, I will go to that sea
Changing the pain with the tears shed yesterday
Into tenderness

Above my head is just the wind blowing
With the sunlight between the clouds
And the sound of the waves rolling on the shore
Is washing everything away

I feel I have found
What I have been looking for so long

If it's clear tomorrow, I will go to that sea
The pain with the tears shed yesterday are changing
Into tenderness

If it's clear tomorrow, I will go to see you
Yes I will be long with you
Tomorrow, the day after tomorrow

In the lyrics she often refers to "yesterday" which would have been 0630. Also, some of the only memories that she claims to have of her father are sea related, it's possible she remembers being with him at the ocean in Fukuoka. The person that she is "going to see" at the sea is her father because that's where she has memories of him. So on June 30th she found out about his death and wrote Memorial Address about that and then on the next day, she dealt with it and accepted it and wrote the song July 1st about it.

soo it doesnt seem like Ayu's dad really cared,or maybe he did??im not sure
That's exactly what she is saying in the song. She wants to know whether he ever truly loved her or not; she just wanted to hear the words no matter what even if he was lying to her. I don't know what else the song Memorial Address could be about other than the death of her father; it just fits too perfectly.

I don't think ayu would've used this picture if her father had died that day with the lyrics of "Greatful days". It'd be more natural to use it with "Memorial address" then. So I think that "Greatful days" is very much tied to "July 1st" and maybe that's the reason for the "0630" writing. Maybe she wanted to emphasize it.
But that would be too easy and straightforward for Ayu. She always wants to make our brains explode, lol.
