In vogue, she's reflecting on this man she once loved, and how he used to always make her feel at ease - she's singing from the future about the past and how the happy memories and time together would soon end and he would just start to fade (physically or emotionally).

Far away seems a tougher one to crack, though. To me, she seems to be looking back on how quickly her happiness with him seemed to slip away as they drifted apart. Then he left to find himself, and ever since, they haven't kept in touch, but she still thinks somehow, they're connected. And I guess maybe there's some sense of "I should be happy about the good memories we shared, but it still hurts that we can't create any more of those types of memories," but in that one part about her going back alone to the sea they'd once visited together, she's trying to keep the memories fresh in her mind.

SEASONS is Ayumi in the present, realizing (or at least assuming) her naivete in thinking that she could share her time with this man forever, but slowly starting to let go of what she'd lost over time. And it still hurts her, but she'll keep on going and enjoy at least having the memories to treasure at least by herself.



Something like that. Translations and her style of writing make it difficult sometimes to determine what exactly she's getting at. But am I close, at least? Any suggestions? Interpretations? Corrections? Is this even in the right forum? Bueller?!
