At least the concerts are being worked on, all of them that have Chinese translation sheets will have a subtitled version authored and uploaded by secsecae and translated by goku, if she gets enough money to buy all of them eventually. AT06 will most likely be fully subtitled around 1 week after the HK/Overseas release
