Repetition is important in art. It enables an artist to move towards a fuller understanding of his/her vision. In Ayu's case, it's what love and freedom means to her. When she revisits her themes and ideas, she is not repeating herself. She is reinterpreting herself.

perfectly said. Goes along with my thoughts that there should NEVER be any complaints about any of Ayu's lyrics. It's very common with some artists, but, with Ayu, I think that after 8 years and over 100 songs written by her, I've grown to almost trust her, as if, she won't, or even, she
can't just follow the path of other artists. Her lyrics are always herself, and the feelings that she puts into them, you can't possibly be unhappy with them, because, to be honest, there isn't anything wrong with them in the least.
