7/4 is a musical notation, a time signature. It simply means that there are 7 beats in every phrase, each phrase being one beat (crotchet) long. So that'll be a 4-beat bar followed by a 3-beat bar. Quite hard to understand if you don't take music though, esp for the signature 7/4, which is quite rare
