Judging from this, I would suggest Spitz. They are not as popular among Western J-rock fans (but extremely popular in Japan), but their music is excellent and the singer's voice is so smooth and great. Most of their stuff is very mellow and catchy. They've been around since the mid 80's, so they have a lot of material. Even though they've been around for ages, their material still sounds fresh and modern. Since you like Laruku, I think you would like Spitz. If you want some songs, PM me.
