I get "duty" feeling from it for some reason. I think the arrangements are wonderful, but the melody is not that interesting. Overall it's an ok ballad, but it fails to stand out as her best, but it's a decent title track and brings a nice end to the album.
I may be a bit "biased" though, cause mostly when ayu's albums have a lot of upbeat tracks they tend to grasp my attention a lot easier and quicker than ballads (except ones like JEWEL and HEAVEN).
