For the same reason that every album track is not aired on radio every PV is not aired on TV, it's to be exclusive for the album.
It's very possible it'll air on TV, but it's also quite possible that it won't. I don't think it will considering that momentum and JEWEL was the only two to be added to the list of coming PVs for various music video TV channels.
I can't answer your question about alterna, but I do not think it did.
